**National Exam and Study Guide cost is not included in this course

Medicode Pros coding program involves:

ICD-9 Coding, which lasts approximately 13 weeks

CPT-4 Procedure coding and prep for CPC and/or CCS-P exam, which is approximately17 weeks long

The cost of the entire program is $4500 (all books are included)

There are NO refunds

**Students must provide their own medical dictionary

**The cost for taking the national exam is NOT included in this course. That will be paid directly to the American Academy of Professional Coders and/or AHIMA. Check their web sites for cost of the exams.

All students start in the ICD-9 course. After the ICD-9 course is completed, we will immediately begin the
CPT-4/Prep portion of the program. When the entire program has been completed, students will sit for their national examination from the Academy of Professional Coders, AHIMA, or BOTH.

Absences - Students that miss 3 or more classes in either course, may be dropped from the program

Medicode Pros reserves the right to refuse admission into this program at their discretion.

Extra Class & Tutoring Fee Schedule: Effective April 1, 2010

Class Schedules are posted – Your class period is two hours in length – should you need private tutoring on a particular chapter or subject please refer your questions to an hourly tutor or see extra class fee schedule.

Extra classes – Extra classes may be attended

· 5 extra classes $100.00 paid in advance

· 1 extra class $25.00 paid at time of class attendance

Private Tutoring – Tutoring may be arranged with tutor before, after or at a separate time from your scheduled class

* Instructor - one on one $40.00 per hour

* Tutor - one on one $20.00 per hour

* Tutor group - $10.00 each student each hour of instruction

Medicode Pros - Alternative Fee Schedules:

½ and ½: $2000.00 for 1^st half of course – due prior to receipt of ICD-9-CM and corresponding text book.
Remaining $2500.00 is due on or before 1^st day of 2^nd half of course and prior to receipt of CPT and corresponding text book.

Monthly payments: Down payment $500.00 (Receive books for first ½ of Medicode Curriculum) Remaining $4000.00 is payable in monthly installments plus 1.5% interest per month on balance due. Payments are due on or before 1^st class of each month.

Payment Schedule

Payment 1 - $ 500.00 Due on or before first class / receipt of course materials

Payment 2 - $1060.00 Due on or before first class of 2^nd month

Payment 3 - $1045.00 Due on or before first class of 3^rd month/ receipt of course materials for 2^nd half of course.

Payment 4 - $1030.00 Due on or before first class of 4^th month

Payment 5 - $1015.00 Due on or before first class of 5^th month

* Late payments will be assessed a late fee of $25.00 each week payment is late

* Returned checks will be assessed a fee of $25.00 each occurrence

* Credit Card payments will be assessed a 3% processing fee per payment
